Xilinx has partnered with local businesses, non-profits, and the community to form an educational collaborative with Leigh High School, Union Middle School, and Oster Elementary School.

Create global teams and programs for charitable giving that set the standard for providing systemic change and measurable results.

Goals

Build relationships, through funding and service, between Xilinx, schools, and community partners, to result in increased student achievement in targeted areas (Education, Community and Social, Health and the Arts)

Implement a 3-5 year strategy to support education that is systemic, impactful and replicable globally.

Show measurable progression through grades K-12 by partnering with business, non-profits and community stake holders to influence the workforce of the future.
