Happening Today -

  • There is detention this Thursday in Rm 24 from 2:30pm-3:30pm. If you have more than one hour to serve prior to Winter Ball, please see an Assistant Principal.

  • Design Thinking Club is meeting in room 5 today at lunch! New members are welcome. See you all there!

  • Acoustic Club is meeting this Thursday at lunch in room four. see and hear you there

  • Wrestling resumes their season with a league match at Leland on Thursday 1/10 at 6:30.

  • Attention all hackers, Cyber club is having a meeting today in room 43 at lunch and the meeting will focus on network security, so come to room 43 at lunch today if you are interested.


School News -

  • It’s Wacky Winter Week! Be sure to dress up and show some Longhorn Pride!

    • Today is 17 Again Day– Join us in the Quad for silly bands and Nine Square!

    • Friday is Sandlot Day– Wear your favorite Sports Gear!

  • Are you wearing  your throwback gear today? Be sure to stop by the Spirit Points Table in front of the Cafeteria at Lunch to get points for your class! The winning Class will receive a top secret super special surprise at the end of the year!

  • Winter Ball 2019 will take place this Saturday, January 12th from 7-11pm at Villa Ragusa in Downtown, Campbell! The cost is $50 w/ASB and $55 w/out. Tickets are on sale now in the student store! Tickets will not be sold at the door.

  • If you’re interested in theatre but didn’t get a chance to audition for the spring shows, or are just more interested in helping out backstage, come to room 74 after school to interview for a tech crew position for our Spring shows!

  • Elective Tutorials next week on Tuesday, January 15th! This is your opportunity to learn about the different electives we have to offer before making course selections for next school year. The following electives will be open: Marketing in Rm. 20, Theater and Teach Theater in Rm. 74, Principles of Engineering in Rm. 7, Leadership in Rm. 72, Sociology in Rm. 68, Art in Rm. 3, and Human Anatomy and Physiology in Rm. 46. Be sure to come prepared with any questions you may have.

  • Come see the Theatre and Musical Theatre classes’ production of “Almost Maine” this Friday the 11th. “Almost Maine” is a collection of short plays that perfectly capture the ups and downs of love and relationships. The show is donation only, so come by and support the Theatre Department!  


Club News-

  • Hey girls! Interested in learning how to code? The Girls Who Code club will have our first meeting of the semester on Friday, the 12th. We'll have hot chocolate and cupcakes, so see you there!

  • Hello everyone, Culinary Club will be meeting this Friday at lunch in room 18. See you there!



Sports News-

  • Boys Soccer continues their season at home against Gunderson on Friday 1/11.  JV starts at 3:15 and Varsity starts at 5:30.

  • Boys Basketball continues their season at Evergreen on Friday 1/11.  JV starts at 5:30 and Varsity starts at 7:00.
