About Ms. Corley

This is my first year teaching and I am so excited to be at Leigh! I am originally from the Sacramento area and received my Bachelors in Spanish with a minor in Communication at San Diego State University. I then attended Santa Clara University for my Masters in Teaching and Single Subject Spanish Teaching Credential. 
 
I am passionate about bilingualism and learning about other cultures and ways of life. I was an AVID Academic Tutor during my time at SDSU and am thrilled to be teaching a section of AVID in addition to Spanish 1 for the 2021-22 school year. 
 
3 Fun Facts about Señorita Corley:
  1. I did competitive Irish dance for 10 years
  2. I lived in Madrid, Spain with my sister for a year
  3. I have seen Ed Sheeran (my favorite musical artist!) perform live
