About Mr. Blanding

Hello all! I’m Aaron Blanding and I’ve been teaching off and on for thirty years!  I started at Leigh last year and currently teach English and Academic Support classes in the Special Education Department.  Before that I taught in Sunnyvale, San Jose, Woodside, Berkeley, and Beverly Hills, to name a few.  I’ve also been a professional journalist, musician, and webpage designer.  I’m a professional student as well and though I graduated UCLA in 1991, I never really stopped taking classes and still take night classes to this day.  In between work and class, I’m usually found in the pool or seen riding my bike in the foothills :-)
