About Ms. Grogan

I come from a long line of educators and have always known that I wanted to pursue a career in education. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Liberal Studies from California State University, Chico, and spent 15 rewarding years teaching English and Reading Intervention. During that time, I developed a deep passion for supporting student growth and success.

I later earned a Master’s degree in Education/Administration with a focus on Race and Equity from San José State University. For the past eight years, I’ve served as a school administrator, where I’ve found great fulfillment in supporting both students and teachers.

At the core of my work is the belief that all students need a strong sense of belonging in order to thrive. When students feel seen, valued, and connected to their school community, they are more likely to reach their full potential.

I’m thrilled to be a part of the Leigh High School community and proud to be a Longhorn. I look forward to contributing to a culture of continuous growth and fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
