Rachel Nevarez

I teach English 2 and ELD3 at Leigh High School, and I am currently the staff advisor for the school newspaper and the Model UN club. 

 

I studied Economics and Accounting at UC Santa Barabara and later received my Masters in Education and English teaching credential at UC Santa Cruz. I also have a bilingual certification that I've used to support students in the ELD program at Leigh High School. 

 

I am from Ceres, California, and enjoy activities like hiking, sailing, and reading.
