Russ Mattos

My name is Russ Mattos and I am teaching Therapeutic Special Education classes and Case Managing in Room 83 at Leigh this year. I started working at Leigh in 2019 and this year I am teaching English, History and Study Skills as well as Co-Teaching Inclusion World History in Room 80. My class is open daily for Tutorials for my students. I am a San Jose native, a De Anza and USF Alum and a credentialed Education Specialist. 

Outside of school I enjoy spending time with my family, reading and playing in local bands. I believe that the hallmarks of a good education are the quality of the questions you can ask, rather than answer.
