I teach English 3 and serve as the Camp Everytown Liaison. 

 

Before Leigh I worked at Woodlake High School for 5 years in the central valley of California.

 

Originally from Anchorage, Alaska I attended college at UC Santa Cruz and decided the weather was better in California and chose to stay. 

 

I have a B.A. in Modern Lit. w/ a minor in education. I continued my education at (the now closed due to the recession) Bethany University in Scotts Valley, California and earned my MA in Education. 

 

I volunteer at my local church as a "hangout leader" and run the archery program in Scotts Valley. I also spend time in my woodshop making intarsia projects for friends and family.
