Laura Egli
This is my second year working at Leigh as the CASSY Counselor as an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. I have been working for CASSY, which stands for Counseling and Support Services for Youth for a couple of years now and before coming to Leigh I worked at a middle school in Palo Alto. I have a bachelors in Psychology and went to Notre Dame de Namur for my masters in Marriage and Family therapy and Art Therapy. I provide individual therapy, group therapy, as well as drop in crisis support. My office is in room 38A at the end of the K building and anytime my door is open you are welcome to drop in to talk with me.
Fun Facts about me
- I crochet a variety of sea creature some of them You can find hanging out in my office.
- I have two black cats named Grimm and Jinx.
- I spent a year living in Bolivia in my mid twenties as a volunteer working with children and teens.
- I have a collection of teas in my office if you ever need a hot drink to sip while talking to me.
