About Mrs. Potischman

Hi, my name is Ashley Potischman and I am proud to be a School Counselor at Leigh. I love working with students, families, and staff around education, social/emotional development, and post-high school planning. Previously I was a School Counselor in South San Francisco and before that worked as a Psychometrist for a group of neurosurgeons in Seattle and was a Research Coordinator for the University of Washington.

 

I graduated from Seattle Pacific University with a B.S. in Psychology and minor in Biology and earned my M.Ed. in School Counseling from Seattle University.

 

As my college choices give away, I grew up in Seattle and moved to the Bay Area with my husband a few years back. Outside of work, I love to travel, explore new places in California, and go hiking in the redwoods.
